Meet the founder

Coach Paul Behar has been coaching kids for 15 years in music, academics and all kinds of different fitness and sports programs.

When he realized that Olympic Weightlifting was a method of training that all levels of kids could participate in equally regardless of athletic ability he knew he had found a program that would be able to change the landscape of kids fitness.

Kids love to learn how to lift weights and test their strength. They learn how to believe in themselves and develop a different kind of mental and physical resilience that makes a lasting impact on their confidence and lifestyle.

Paul created the Team Omnia Program with a science-based unique curriculum that progresses kids in age-appropriate weightlifting exercises that focus on building their knowledge of exercise and nutrition just as much as their physical abilities.
