Kids weightlifting classes

Kids weightlifting classes are designed to teach kids appropriate technique and methods of weightlifting. They learn how to lift safely and effectively to become stronger, faster, and more explosive.

Athletes in these classes will follow our levels program and set personal goals to achieve along the way.

Classes are 45 minutes long and for ages 7-17!
